PPR System The complete system
PPR Pipe & Fittings Manufacturer — Complete Cold & Hot Water System
WARMHAUS manufactures a full PPR system — pipes, fittings and valves as one hot-melt weldable, same-material line for cold and hot water supply. Manufacturing since 1993, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE & SGS certified. Wholesale, project and OEM only.
I. The Complete System One source
One PPR System: Pipes, Fittings & Valves From a Single Manufacturer
Distributors lose sales over one missing fitting. WARMHAUS supplies the entire PPR cold and hot water line as one same-material system, so your customers never have to source a coupling elsewhere.

Fittings Range
Every joint in the line, one catalogue
Elbows, tees, reducers, male and female threaded adapters, unions, crossover bends, flanges and pipe clips — the complete companion range to our PPR pipes, engineered to the same sizing so pipe and fitting always match on site.
Because pipes and fittings share the same PP-R material, every joint is hot-melt welded into a single homogeneous body — no glue, no threads, no leak points at the fitting.

PPR Pipes — Cold & Hot Water
Cold and hot water supply pipes produced across the PN series, matched to the pipe class your drawings specify — with the standard reference and PN class printed on the pipe body for site inspection.

PPR ball valves and stop valves — same-material shutoff that welds directly into the line, keeping the whole run one homogeneous system from riser to tap point.

PN Pressure & Temperature Ratings for Cold and Hot Water
Project procurement buys to the drawing. WARMHAUS PPR is produced in a PN series engineered for both cold and hot water supply, so each run matches the pipe class your MEP specification calls out.
| PN Class / Spec | General industry practice | WARMHAUS PPR |
|---|---|---|
| PN 10 | Cold water distribution and low-pressure duty | on the technical data sheet |
| PN 16 | Cold water risers and general plumbing lines | confirmed on the technical data sheet |
| PN 20 | The common class for hot & cold water supply | confirmed on the technical data sheet |
| PN 25 | Hot water and higher-pressure duty, often composite-reinforced in industry practice | on the technical data sheet |
| Size range | PPR systems are commonly produced from small-bore to large-diameter mains | available on request |
| Service temperature | Continuous hot & cold water rating per class | available on request |
| Design life | PPR systems are commonly rated for a 50-year design life in industry practice | available on request |
| Standard reference | PPR is commonly manufactured to DIN 8077/8078 and ISO 15874 in the industry | Produced to DIN 8077 / DIN 8078 and GB/T 18742.2-2017 |
The middle column describes general PPR industry practice, not confirmed WARMHAUS ratings. Exact PN classes, wall thicknesses, sizes and design life per SKU are printed on the pipe body and detailed on the WARMHAUS technical data sheet.
IV. Certifications Certifications
Material Grade & Third-Party Verified Quality
An origin story is not a specification — a certificate is. WARMHAUS PPR is produced from random-copolymer polypropylene (PP-R) selected for consistent long-term pressure performance, and it is covered by independently audited management systems and third-party inspection: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EU CE and Swiss SGS. Those are the marks that open engineering tenders and retail shelves across Europe, Asia and Africa.
Polymer raw material is sourced from suppliers including Hyosung (Korea), Borealis (Austria) and LG (Korea). Drinking-water hygiene approvals: available on request. Certificate numbers and issuing bodies are available on request.
V. On Site Saldatura a caldo
A Hot-Melt Weldable System — No Glue, No Leaks at the Joint
For installers, every leak at a joint is money out of their own pocket on rework. A same-material system removes the weak point entirely.

One Material
Joints as strong as the pipe itself
Because WARMHAUS pipes, fittings and valves are all the same PP-R material, they fuse by hot-melt welding into one continuous body — no solvent glue, no threaded seals, no O-rings to fail at the connection.
One system means one welding process on site, consistent sizing across pipe and fitting, and a joint that is as strong as the pipe itself. We also supply the matching PPR welding machines, so your installers work with tooling proven on our own system.

Your Brand · Certified Base Product
Your brand and standard markings printed on the pipe body, plus custom packaging. Your label sits on a product already covered by CE, SGS and ISO certification, so your brand inherits a compliance file that stands up in tenders. There is no minimum order quantity, and standard lead time is 45 days.
Start a Private-Label ProgramStandard lead time is 45 days and there is no minimum order quantity. FOB tiers, exclusive-territory policy and payment terms: confirmed on inquiry. WARMHAUS supplies importers, distributors, construction projects and private-label partners — wholesale, project and OEM only. We do not sell single fittings to consumers.
FAQ Common questions
PPR System — Frequently Asked Questions
WARMHAUS is a manufacturer-owned brand and a direct PPR pipe and fittings manufacturer producing since 1993 and recognised as a national high-tech enterprise. We run our own extrusion, injection-moulding and machining lines across three plants totalling 100,000 m² of building area, with over 500 staff and a total output of 2,000 tonnes per month, and we produce pipes, fittings and valves as one same-material system. A trading company cannot hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EU CE and Swiss SGS approvals on the product it resells — those approvals are issued against the production line itself, which is the simplest way for you to tell a factory from a middleman.
Yes. Our PPR range covers cold and hot water pipes plus elbows, tees, reducers, male/female threaded adapters, unions, crossover bends, flanges, clips and PPR ball valves — one supplier for the whole cold and hot water line, so your customers never leave over a missing fitting.
Our PPR pipes are produced in a PN series covering cold and hot water supply, so each run matches the pipe class your drawings specify. Ratings are printed on the pipe body alongside the standard reference, so an inspector can verify the class without opening a document.Exact PN classes, wall thickness, size range and design life per SKU: available on request — request the PPR catalogue for the full table.
Yes. We print your brand and standard markings on the pipe body and produce custom packaging. What your brand gains is not a label but a compliance file: the base product already carries EU CE, Swiss SGS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, so your own-brand line can be submitted to tenders and clear customs across Europe, Asia and Africa on documentation rather than on a sales story. We impose no minimum order quantity, so a trial run is possible at any volume; standard lead time is 45 days.
The PPR system carries EU CE, Swiss SGS, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 — the marks demanded on many engineering tenders and retail listings across Europe, Asia and Africa. Each is issued by an independent body and can be verified with the issuer rather than taken on our word.Certificate numbers, issuing bodies and any drinking-water hygiene approvals: available on request.
We are set up to supply PPR systems to importers, distributors and projects across the Middle East and Gulf (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait), North Africa (Egypt), Southern and Eastern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Romania, Turkey) and Latin America — one English international line, with export and customs documentation included.
