FAQ Common questions
WARMHAUS FAQ — Straight Answers for Distributors, Projects & Private-Label Partners
The questions importers, contractors and sourcing agents ask before they commit — answered transparently. Where a number depends on your order, we tell you so and confirm it on request, rather than making one up.
WARMHAUS is a manufacturer of PPR, PEX and brass piping and underfloor-heating systems, manufacturing since 1993 on its own extrusion, injection-moulding and machining lines. We supply distributors, projects and private-label partners — not single items to consumers.
I. Authenticity & Brand Verified
Can You Actually Verify This Supplier?
Before anything else, serious buyers check that the claims hold up under scrutiny. These answers cover who we are, what third parties have tested — and why certified product is worth a premium over the cheapest pipe on the market.
WARMHAUS is a manufacturer, not a trader. We run our own extrusion, injection-moulding and machining lines and have been producing piping systems since 1993. The distinction matters commercially: a trader cannot hold product certification in its own name, whereas our systems carry ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EU CE, Swiss SGS and Russian PT approvals — documents you and your end client can check against each body’s public register.
WARMHAUS has been producing piping systems since 1993. Longevity on its own proves little, so we back it with things you can audit independently: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management-system certification plus EU CE, Swiss SGS and Russian PT approvals held under our own name; three plants totalling 100,000 m² of building area with over 500 staff; and a factory audit you are welcome to arrange. That combination gives an importer a defensible case in front of a project engineer, rather than a company story that cannot be checked.
WARMHAUS competes on documented compliance, not lowest price. Certification is not a label — we build to DIN 8077 / DIN 8078 and GB/T 18742.2-2017, hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management-system certification, and the certification body re-audits to keep it live. That regime, the material grades it obliges us to buy — PPR, PEX, HDPE and PERT resins from suppliers such as Hyosung, Borealis and LG, plus 57-3 and CW617 brass — and a complete product range under one quality system are what the premium pays for. It converts directly into margin when tenders and customs ask for certificates the cheap alternative cannot produce.
II. Partnership & Exclusivity Exclusive di territorio
One Market, One Partner — the Territory Question
For an importer, the exclusivity answer decides everything: whether the market you build stays yours. Here is our policy, in plain words.
Yes. WARMHAUS grants exclusive territory distribution — one distributor per country or region. Once we appoint you, we protect your market and will not sell the same line to a competitor beside you. You invest in building the WARMHAUS brand knowing the territory, its customers and its margin are yours to develop.
We look for partners who can import, stock and distribute across a territory and grow the WARMHAUS brand there. Because distribution is exclusive — one partner per market — we discuss your region, target channels and volume, then confirm terms. Start with a small trial order to test the market before scaling to full containers.Specific partnership terms & annual targets: on request / available on request.
A certified line lets you compete on documentation and system completeness rather than a race to the bottom. Certification opens channels that price alone cannot reach — specified projects, public tenders and utility-approved work all require approvals on file before a quotation is even read. With exclusive territory protection, approvals your customers recognise and a full complete-range range from one supplier, you hold a position competitors cannot undercut simply by dropping their price next week.
III. Products & Specifications Four systems
The Whole System, One Supplier
What you can stock, how the four systems fit together, and where the technical numbers for your drawings come from.
Yes. WARMHAUS supplies four complete systems — PPR water supply, PEX underfloor heating, brass valves and fittings, and tools — across a complete product range. You stock one certified line covering pipe, fittings, valves, manifolds and welding tools, and can mix systems in a single container, instead of losing a sale because one missing part sends your customer to a competitor.
Yes — WARMHAUS designs its PPR, PEX and brass ranges as compatible systems, so your fittings, valves and underfloor-heating manifolds match the pipe. One supplier and one certified system — 4 systems, a complete product range — mean one point of accountability for the whole installation.Full compatibility matrix & dimension tables: available on request — sent with the technical datasheets on request.
WARMHAUS PPR covers cold and hot-water supply, with PEX pipe for underfloor heating and brass valves and fittings — a complete product range across 4 systems. Full technical data — exact PN pressure ratings, sizes, temperature classes and design life — is provided in the datasheet for the specific SKUs your project needs.Exact PN ratings, temperature classes & design life: available on request — confirmed in the TDS on request.
IV. Certifications & Compliance Certifications
Only What We Can Document
Only verified approvals enter these answers — ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EU CE, Swiss SGS and Russian PT. Everything beyond them is confirmed in writing, on request, before it enters your compliance file.
WARMHAUS holds independent third-party certification to ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management) and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety), together with EU CE marking, Swiss SGS certification and Russian PT certification. These cover our PPR, PEX and brass systems, which are manufactured to DIN 8077 / DIN 8078 and GB/T 18742.2-2017. Certificate numbers and issuing details are provided on request, so you can pass verified documents straight to your end client and check them against each body’s register.
Yes. We provide ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EU CE and SGS certificate copies plus a full export documentation set — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin — for project tenders and customs clearance across the Gulf, North Africa, Southern and Eastern Europe and Latin America. Tell us the destination and we confirm the exact document list.
We confirm only what we can document. The approvals we hold are ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, EU CE marking, Swiss SGS certification and Russian PT certification — we do not claim any drinking-water scheme beyond these. Approvals are scheme-specific and cover defined product ranges, so tell us the SKUs and the market and we will state in writing which certificate applies to which item before you build it into your compliance file.Certificate numbers and validity dates: available on request.
V. Orders, Logistics & After-sales
MOQ, Lead Time & Warranty — the Practical Questions
Trial orders, container schedules and what stands behind the goods after they land. Where a figure depends on your order, we say so — and confirm it with your quotation.
There is no minimum order quantity. WARMHAUS accepts trial orders of any size, so you can test the market and verify quality across our 4 systems and a complete product range before committing to full containers — we would rather earn a long-term territory partner than force a big first order. Tell us the systems and SKUs you need and we price them as they are, without a minimum threshold.
Our standard lead time is 45 days from order confirmation. We state that openly so you can plan around it: for project and store-opening deadlines, order early rather than assuming a shorter turnaround. The exact schedule depends on the systems and quantities involved and on whether items are in stock or produced to order, and we give you a confirmed production and shipping schedule with your quotation.
WARMHAUS backs its systems with quality-management traceability under ISO 9001 and technical support for distributors and installers across all 4 systems. The specific warranty period and terms are confirmed in your supply agreement and vary by product line — contact us for the statement covering the systems you plan to stock.Warranty period & terms: available on request — confirmed in your supply agreement.
