Independent Certifications Behind Every WARMHAUS System
WARMHAUS does not sell on price — we sell on verifiable quality and compliance. Every PPR, PEX and brass product we ship is manufactured under third-party certifications that importers, project engineers and distributors can check before they commit, with the issuing bodies named and the documents supplied in writing.
For a distributor, quality that varies between containers destroys a brand. ISO 9001:2015 certifies that WARMHAUS runs a documented quality-management system — from incoming raw-material control on Hyosung, Borealis and LG resin through to a pre-shipment check of every parameter on the specification sheet — so the PPR pipe you reorder next year matches the one you approved this year. Increasingly, tenders and large developers in the Gulf and Europe ask suppliers for environmental credentials, not just product specs. ISO 14001:2015 certifies that WARMHAUS operates a documented environmental-management system across three plants totalling 100,000 m² of built area. For importers building a compliance-led brand — and project buyers filling out prequalification forms — this is one more box already ticked, and a standard that trading intermediaries, holding no plants of their own, cannot show at all. SGS is one of the world’s largest independent inspection and testing groups, headquartered in Switzerland, and its mark carries real weight with plumbing wholesalers and project engineers across Europe, the Gulf and North Africa. SGS certification means WARMHAUS pipe has been tested by an independent third-party laboratory against the standards we build to — DIN 8077 and DIN 8078 for dimensions and pressure behaviour, and GB/T 18742.2-2017 — not self-declared. For an importer, that is the difference between a supplier story and a test report a buyer can check with the issuing body. Certificate number: available on request.
The CE marking is the manufacturer’s declaration that a product meets the applicable EU requirements, and it is the credential that opens the European market to a pipe manufacturer. In many Gulf, North African, Southern and Eastern European tenders, CE-marked piping is treated as evidence of compliance for drinking-water and hot-water systems. It is exactly the document a project buyer needs to specify WARMHAUS into a building tender — and the reason a distributor can push our pipe past a market’s entry requirements. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE and SGS copies support clearance for importers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Egypt, Spain, Romania and beyond. Customs files ask for certificates and test evidence, not origin narratives — and one supplier covers PPR, HDPE, PERT and PEX underfloor heating and brass with a single compliance set, mixed into one container with no minimum order quantity.
For Retail & Wholesale Entry
CE and SGS are the marks that plumbing counters and building-materials chains recognise on sight — letting distributors stock a line whose test certificates can be checked with the issuing body, with no minimum order quantity to open the first container.
For Project Tenders
ISO 9001 and CE let MEP contractors and developers specify WARMHAUS PPR into building tenders where certified, compliant piping is a hard prequalification requirement — with certificate copies and compliance documents supplied for your tender file. Plan for a 45-day standard lead time when you build the programme.

We have been producing since 1993 and run our own extrusion, injection-moulding and machining lines across three plants totalling 100,000 m² of built area, with over 500 staff and a total output of 2,000 tonnes per month. A trading company cannot hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 over production it does not own, and cannot put its own name on SGS test certificates. Those documents, verifiable with the issuing bodies, are how you tell the difference — and they are a firmer basis for your positioning than any origin story a competitor can also claim.
