PPR Welding Machine, Pipe Clips & Accessories — Complete Your Order
Everything to install a WARMHAUS PPR line from one manufacturer — a PPR hot-melt welding machine for 20–63mm pipe, iron pipe clips for 20–200mm, and system accessories. Validated on our own pipes from our own extrusion and injection lines, shipped in the same container. Manufacturing since 1993 — ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE & SGS certified.
WARMHAUS supplies PPR systems and matching tools to importers, distributors, projects and private-label partners — wholesale, project and OEM only. We do not sell single tools to consumers.
I. The Welding Machine
PPR hot-melt welding machine for 20–63mm pipe
For an installer, a bad weld is money out of their own pocket on rework. The machine that fuses the joint should come from the manufacturer who made the pipe.

Matched Tooling Attrezzi abbinati
Validated on pipe from our own extrusion lines
The WARMHAUS PPR hot-melt welding machine is built for the everyday 20–63mm range of our PPR system — the domestic and light-commercial sizes distributors move most. Because it is validated on our own PPR pipes and fittings, the heating dies match every WARMHAUS SKU in that range — the weld fuses pipe and fitting into one homogeneous body with no glue, no threads and no leak point at the joint.
As general industry practice, PPR is hot-melt welded at roughly ~260 °C, with heating and cooling times that scale with diameter. The exact settings for our machine and pipe are on the spec sheet.

II. Iron Pipe Clips
Iron pipe clips — 20–200mm, from small branches to large risers
A PPR line is not finished until it is fixed to the wall — and no job should stall on site over a missing bracket.
WARMHAUS iron pipe clips cover a wide 20–200mm range, so the same supplier that gave you the pipe also gives you the bracket that holds it — from a 20mm domestic branch to a 200mm commercial riser. Ordering clips with your pipes means one packing list, one container and one point of accountability, instead of chasing a separate hardware vendor to complete every job on site.

III. Accessories
Other accessories to finish the installation
Beyond the welding machine and pipe clips — the supporting items that let a distributor stock a complete, install-ready PPR shelf, so an installer never leaves your counter for a missing piece and takes the rest of the order with them.
Welding tooling — spare heating dies
Spare heating dies matched to WARMHAUS PPR pipe sizes, so a busy workshop never waits on a worn die. Die SKUs and sizes: available on request — confirmed on the accessories list.
Fixing hardware — clips & brackets
Clips and brackets across the 20–200mm size range, ordered on the same packing list as the pipe they hold.
System accessories — list on request
The full accessory range is matched to the WARMHAUS PPR, PEX and brass systems and confirmed against your project or resale range available on request in the downloadable catalogue.

IV. One Container
One certified supplier for pipes, fittings, valves — and the tools to fit them
Distributors lose sales over one missing item. That is the reason WARMHAUS keeps tools and accessories in the catalogue.
When your PPR hot-melt welding machine, iron pipe clips and accessories are part of the same WARMHAUS system, they load in the same container as your pipes, fittings and valves — one certified supplier, one order, one shipment, one point of accountability. Your installers get tooling proven on the exact pipe they are welding, and your customers get a shelf that is complete from pipe to bracket to welding machine.
V. Private Label Your brand
Add WARMHAUS tools to your private-label PPR range
Importers building their own pipe brand can complete the range with matching, branded tooling — instead of buying tools from a third party.
Where permitted, WARMHAUS brands the welding machine and packaging with your name while the system keeps its CE, SGS and ISO certification — so your terminal customers buy pipe, fittings, valves and the tools to install them all under one label, backed by approvals a specifier can verify in the issuing body's public register. That is what separates a private-label range from a commodity import in the Gulf, North Africa, Southern Europe and Latin America.
Branded tooling — your name, your markings
Your brand printed on the machine and tooling where the product allows. Printing process and brandable range: available on request.
Custom packaging — to your spec
Cartons, labels and shipping marks produced to your specification, matched to the rest of your private-label PPR range.
Certified system — your premium hook
Your branded tools sit inside the same CE, SGS and ISO certified range as the pipe, so the documentation that wins tenders and clears customs carries through to the whole label.
No MOQ — small trials welcome
There is no minimum order quantity on tools and accessories, so a first trial can be as small as you need to test the range. Standard lead time is 45 days from order confirmation.
