Underfloor Heating Manifold Manufacturer Underfloor heating
The Complete Certified Radiant Floor Heating System
One certified supplier for the whole underfloor heating system — brass manifolds from 2 to 8 ports, PEX-B covered pipe, electrothermal actuators, thermostats and valve + flow-meter sets, engineered to fit together. We manufacture and export to importers, distributors, projects and OEM partners across the Gulf, North Africa, Southern & Eastern Europe and Latin America.
The Complete System The complete system
Five Parts, One System — Not Five Suppliers
The costliest mistake in underfloor heating is buying it in pieces — a manifold from one brand, pipe from another, actuators that do not thread onto the valve block.
Why One Source One supplier
Every part sized, threaded and tested to work together
When a loop leaks or will not balance, the installer eats the rework. WARMHAUS manufactures the entire radiant floor heating system on its own extrusion, injection-moulding and machining lines, so pipe fits manifold, actuator fits valve, and thermostat drives actuator — backed by one warranty from one supplier. Distributors stock one compatible line; projects approve one specification.
Request the System Selection Guide| Component | Role in the system | Key specification |
|---|---|---|
| Brass manifold | Distributes and returns hot water to each floor loop | 2–8 ports · brass grade & PN rating: available on request |
| PEX-B covered pipe | Carries heat through the floor; sized to the manifold outlets | 1216 / 1622 · oxygen-barrier spec: available on request |
| Electrothermal actuator | Opens and closes each loop on the thermostat signal | Voltage & NC/NO type: available on request |
| Thermostat | Controls room temperature and drives the actuators | Model range: available on request |

Inside the System Inside the system
Pipe in the Floor, Balance at the Manifold
The pipe carries the heat; the valve and flow-meter set makes it even. Both are made to match the same brass manifold — because they come from the same factory.

PEX-B Covered Pipe The pipe
PEX-B pipe, sized to the manifold
The pipe is where the heat actually moves, so it has to hold pressure and temperature for the life of the floor. WARMHAUS PEX-B covered pipe comes in 1216 and 1622 sizes, dimensioned to fit our brass manifold outlets directly — no adaptors, no mismatched threads. Installers lay loops without hunting for parts that fit.

Balanced Loops On site
Balanced by the meter, then buried for decades
Uneven floors come from unbalanced loops. The WARMHAUS valve + flow-meter set lets the installer set each loop’s flow rate by reading the meter, not by trial and error — so a long loop and a short loop deliver even heat before the screed goes down. Once it is buried, it has to be right: that is why every outlet on our manifold integrates a valve and a flow meter.

Brass Manifold — 2 to 8 Ports
The heart of the system, in brass for durability and pressure integrity on a component that stays buried in the floor for decades. One family covers small apartments up to villa and hotel-project layouts — each outlet takes a valve and flow meter, so every loop is balanced by the numbers.

PEX-B Covered Pipe
PEX-B covered pipe in 1216 and 1622 sizes, dimensioned to the manifold outlets so loops connect without adaptors. Distributors stock one compatible pipe line for the whole underfloor heating range instead of matching third-party diameters on site.

Actuators & Thermostats
Each electrothermal actuator sits on a manifold outlet and opens or closes that loop when the thermostat calls for heat — room by room. Threads, wiring logic and control signal match out of the box, so installers wire the control package without surprises.

Compatibility Is Designed In, Not Hoped For
That is the difference between a system and a shopping list: every part on this page is manufactured by one factory, on its own production lines.
An underfloor heating system is buried under the floor for decades — buyers do not gamble on it. WARMHAUS has been manufacturing since 1993 and holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, EU CE, SGS and Russian PT approvals, and is recognised as a national high-tech enterprise — the credentials that open plumbing wholesale channels and pass project tenders across the Gulf, North Africa, Southern and Eastern Europe and Latin America.
Those marks are not decoration: our underfloor heating pipe is produced to DIN 8077 / DIN 8078 and GB/T 18742.2-2017, and products are inspected item by item against their specification before they leave the factory, using in-house quality inspection and product testing equipment built to international standards. That is what a distributor defends a price with, and what a tender committee accepts on spec. Certificate numbers and destination-country compliance documents: available on request.

FAQ Common questions
Underfloor Heating System — Frequently Asked Questions
We supply the complete certified system as one compatible set — brass manifold with 2 to 8 ports, PEX-B covered pipe in 1216 and 1622, electrothermal actuators, thermostats and a valve plus flow-meter set. You stock one system from one supplier, so your installers never leave to find a missing part.
Our brass manifolds run from 2 to 8 ports — one port per heating loop. Small apartments often need 2–4; villas and project floors need 6–8. Each outlet has a valve and flow meter so you balance loops by the number, not by guesswork. Download our System Selection Guide to match ports to your layout.
Yes — pipe, manifold, actuators and thermostat are all manufactured by one factory on its own lines, so 1216 / 1622 PEX-B pipe fits our manifold outlets and the actuators thread onto the same block. One system means one warranty and no on-site adaptor problems that stall a project handover.
Yes. WARMHAUS has been manufacturing since 1993 and is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, with EU CE, Swiss SGS and Russian PT product approvals. Customs and tender committees ask for certificate documents, not origin stories, so we supply them alongside destination-country compliance papers. We already export to Europe, Asia, Africa and other regions.Certificate numbers and validity dates: available on request.
Yes — we offer OEM and private-label branding on the underfloor heating system. The certifications stay with the product, so your own brand still ships with the ISO 45001:2018, EU CE and SGS documentation that separates it from uncertified imports on a tender sheet. There is no minimum order quantity, and our standard lead time is 45 days from order confirmation.Packaging options: available on request.
