Brass System — Manifold Un corpo, due mestieri

Brass Manifold — Made in Italy for Water & Underfloor Heating, 2 to 8 Ports

An Italian manufacturer of complete brass piping systems since 1970. Machined brass manifolds in 2 to 8 ports, for both potable-water distribution and hydronic underfloor heating — engineered to work as one system with our brass ball valves, fittings and PEX-B pipe. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SKZ & DVGW certified.

We supply importers, wholesalers and projects — trade and project quantities only. We do not sell single manifolds to consumers.

I. Two Jobs, One Manifold Due mestieri, un collettore

Brass Manifolds for Both Water Distribution and Underfloor Heating

A manifold does one simple thing — it splits a single supply line into several controlled outlets from one hub. Our brass manifolds cover both jobs a plumbing distributor gets asked for, on the same proven machined-brass body.

i.

Water distribution — potable hot & cold

Feed multiple hot and cold fixtures or zones from one point, with a brass ball valve on each outlet to isolate a line without shutting the whole system. The classic distribution board behind apartments, villas and commercial washrooms.

ii.

Underfloor heating — hydronic floor loops

Feed several radiant floor loops from one supply and return — the hub of a hydronic underfloor heating system, matched to our PEX-B floor-loop pipe. For dedicated radiant projects that need flow meters and actuator mounts, we build a purpose-made underfloor heating manifold.

Both applications run on the same product family — so you stock one brass manifold line and answer more of your installers’ requests from a single Italian supplier.

II. The Range La gamma

From 2 to 8 Ports — One Port Per Outlet Line

The number of ports you order is simply the number of lines the manifold will feed — one port per water fixture or zone, or one port per underfloor heating loop. Most residential jobs land between 3 and 6 ports; round up one size for spare capacity.

III. Material & Compliance L’ottone

Machined From Low-Lead Brass, Made in Italy Since 1970

On a manifold that carries drinking water, the brass alloy is not a place to cut corners. As a general industry note, low-lead brass alloys are specified precisely because standard brass can leach lead into potable water — the exact grade and any potable-water approvals for our manifold are confirmed on the datasheet.

Our manifolds are machined from brass with a low-lead option for corrosion resistance and dimensional stability under thermal cycling, produced in Bologna, Italy by a manufacturer building piping systems since 1970. Every batch is made under ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental management, with German SKZ and DVGW certification behind the wider water system — the credentials project buyers and Gulf-market importers look for on a submittal.

IV. One Brass System Un solo fornitore

Compatible With Our Valves, Fittings and Pipe — From One Italian Supplier

A manifold on its own is half a job. Ours is engineered as part of a complete WARMHAUS brass system, so the pieces fit without adapters or surprises — one supplier, matched by design, one warranty for the whole assembly.

ComponentHow it matches the manifold
Brass ball valves (1/2"–2") Same alloy and thread family — isolate any outlet or the whole hub
Compression & threaded fittings (S/L/T) Connect the manifold to PPR, PEX or metal lines with no mixed-brand adapters — connection specifications: Coming soon
Brass inserts Matched inserts for a reliable, leak-free pipe joint
PEX-B pipe (1216 / 1622) For underfloor-heating manifolds, sized to our floor-loop pipe

Buying manifold, valves, fittings and pipe from one Italian supplier removes the biggest failure point in imported plumbing projects — mismatched threads, diameters and materials — and gives your customers one warranty for the whole assembly.

Underfloor-heating projects: if you specifically need a radiant-floor manifold with flow meters and actuator mounts for loop balancing, take the dedicated version.

V. How to Choose La scelta

How to Choose Your Brass Manifold

Specifying the right manifold takes three quick decisions — and the Selection Guide walks distributors and installers through each with a worked example.

i.

Pick the application

Water distribution (potable hot/cold) or underfloor heating (hydronic floor loops). For radiant floor with balancing, take the dedicated underfloor manifold.

ii.

Count your lines

One port per water fixture or zone, or one port per floor loop. Total lines = ports needed. Most residential jobs land between 3 and 6 ports.

iii.

Pick your port count

Round up to the next size — 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 ports — and choose the ball-valve-per-outlet version if you want to isolate individual lines without shutting the building down.

iv.

Confirm on the datasheet

Brass grade, pressure and temperature ratings, connection specifications and dimensions are confirmed on the datasheet before you order. Coming soon — shared on request.

FAQ Domande frequenti

Brass Manifold — Frequently Asked Questions

For the Wholesaler
A brass manifold splits one supply into several controlled outlets from a single hub. It handles two jobs your installers ask for: water distribution (hot/cold to multiple fixtures) and underfloor heating (feeding hydronic floor loops). Stocking one 2-to-8-port brass family covers both, so you answer more requests from one line.
For the Installer
One port per outlet line — count the water fixtures or zones, or one port per floor loop for heating. Most jobs land at 3 to 6 ports; round up one size for spare capacity. Our brass manifolds run 2 to 8 ports, and the Selection Guide has a worked example for each application.
For the Project Buyer
The body is machined from brass with a low-lead option for potable lines — as a general industry note, low-lead alloys are specified because standard brass can leach lead into drinking water. It is Made in Italy in Bologna under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SKZ and DVGW.Exact alloy grade and potable-water approvals: Coming soon — confirmed on the datasheet.
For the Installer
A water manifold distributes potable hot/cold water to fixtures, usually with a ball valve per outlet. An underfloor heating manifold feeds hydronic floor loops and adds flow meters and actuator mounts for balancing. We build both — for radiant-floor projects, see our underfloor heating manifold page.
For the Importer / Agent
Yes. As an Italian manufacturer we ship brass manifolds to importers, wholesalers and projects across the Gulf (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar), North Africa (Egypt), Southern and Eastern Europe (Italy, Spain, Romania) and Latin America. Made-in-Italy origin plus ISO, SKZ and DVGW certificates support customs clearance and tenders — see countries we supply.
