Brass Ball Valve & Fittings Manufacturer — One Full Brass System

Brass ball valves, compression fittings, manifolds and inserts in 1/2″–2″ — low-lead brass, ISO 9001 & CE certified, manufacturing since 1993, part of the same PPR + PEX + brass system. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE & SGS certified. We manufacture for distributors, projects and OEM partners — export by the container, not single retail units.

I. Why This Brass Perché noi

Brass Where It Counts — Low-Lead, Full System, Third-Party Certified

Brass is where a water system quietly passes or fails. Lead content decides whether it clears potable-water and project standards; wall thickness and thread precision decide whether it leaks on site.

i.

One factory, not a trader

We are the manufacturer — not a trader repackaging anonymous castings. We run our own machining and assembly lines, so every valve and fitting traces back to one production site, one QC line, and one certificate set you can audit.

ii.

Low-lead brass

Cast for potable-water and heating lines. Exact alloy grade and lead-content data sheet: available on request with our certification documentation.

iii.

Full brass range, 1/2″–2″

Ball valves, compression fittings, manifolds and inserts — every metal connection point in the system from a single source, audit- and tender-ready with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE and SGS.

iv.

Same system as PPR + PEX

Brass inserts and fittings match our pipe dimensions — one warranty across the network, from the riser valve to the insert threaded inside a PPR socket.

II. The Range The range

Brass Ball Valves, Fittings, Manifolds & Inserts

From the shut-off valve at the riser to the insert threaded inside a PPR socket, the brass line covers every metal connection point in the system — all available in your branding at container quantities.

Fittings Families

Couplings, elbows and tees — S / L / T series

The compression fittings line runs in three families: S series straight male/female threaded couplings, L series angle elbows, and T series tees — the geometries that carry residential and light-commercial water and heating work, machined on the same line as our valves.

Each family is dimensioned to connect with our PPR and PEX pipe, so an installer sources one matched system instead of reconciling threads from four vendors.

III. The Alloy

Low-Lead Brass for Potable Water and Heating Lines

The alloy is the product. Lead content is what separates brass that clears drinking-water and project requirements from brass that only sits on hardware-store shelves.

Our brass is manufactured to low-lead standards suitable for drinking-water and heating applications — machined from CW617 and 57-3 brass, the two alloys we run across the valve and fitting lines. Lead-content figures and machining tolerances are documented on our material data sheet, which we share with distributors and project engineers on request, alongside our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE and SGS certificates.

Alloy grades in production: CW617 and 57-3 brass. Lead-content test figures: confirmed on the material data sheet, issued on request.

IV. Size Range Sizes

One Brass Line From 1/2″ to 2″

A distributor should not have to split a brass order across three suppliers to cover a job. Stock one certified line and match it to the pipe you already sell.

Our ball valves and compression fittings run the full 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, 2″ range — the sizes that carry residential and light-commercial water and heating work.

V. Compliance Certifications

Certified to Enter Gulf, North African and European Tenders

For a project buyer, a brass valve is only as good as the paperwork behind it. We issue the certificate scans and technical documentation your customs clearance and tender submissions require.

ISO 9001 Quality

Quality management across the brass line — casting, machining, assembly and testing under one documented system. Certificate number & validity: available on request.

ISO 14001 Environment

Environmental management across our production site — the audit answer sustainability-minded wholesalers increasingly ask for. Certificate number & validity: available on request.

SGS Swiss Third-Party Testing

Swiss SGS certification — third-party testing recognised in plumbing tenders and wholesale approvals across the Gulf, North Africa and Southern Europe. Scope details: available on request.

CE European Union

CE certification — the mark project engineers look for on water-carrying components before a submission clears. Scope details: available on request.

VI. OEM & Private Label Your brand

Sell Certified Brass Under Your Own Brand

For importers ready to build their own plumbing brand, the brass line is OEM-ready — and because we apply no minimum order quantity, a small trial order is a realistic first step. Standard production lead time is 45 days.

Branding

Your logo. Our lines. Our certificates behind it.

We apply your logo and standard markings to valve bodies and handles, and produce custom packaging. The part that lets you price above generic imports is what sits behind the label — CE and SGS and ISO documentation your brand can put in front of a tender committee or a customs officer.

Brass ball valves, fittings, manifolds and inserts can all be branded on the same order, so your customers see one coherent, fully documented brass system, not a mix of unbranded castings with no paperwork behind them.

FAQ Common questions

Brass Valves & Fittings — Frequently Asked Questions

For the Project Buyer
We machine our brass ball valves and fittings from CW617 and 57-3 brass, manufactured to low-lead standards for potable-water and heating lines — the reason they pass drinking-water and tender requirements, not just retail. The lead-content data sheet is issued on request with our ISO, CE and SGS documentation for your submission.Lead-content test figures: available on request.
For the Wholesaler
We manufacture brass ball valves and compression fittings across the full 1/2″ to 2″ range, covering residential and light-commercial water and heating work. That lets you stock one certified full-bore line instead of splitting orders, and match it dimensionally to the PPR and PEX systems you already sell.
For the OEM / Private-Label Buyer
Yes. We are an OEM brass manufacturer — your logo and markings on valve bodies and handles, plus custom packaging. What supports the premium is the documentation behind your label: our ISO, SGS and CE certificates travel with the goods, so your brand can enter tenders and clear customs on verifiable compliance. Ball valves, fittings, manifolds and inserts can all be branded on the same order. We apply no minimum order quantity, and standard production lead time is 45 days from order confirmation.
For the Installer / Distributor
Yes. Our brass inserts, compression fittings and manifolds are engineered to connect with our PPR water-supply pipe and PEX underfloor-heating pipe, all from the same factory. You source one dimensionally-matched system and get a single warranty across the whole water network, not mismatched parts from four vendors.
For the Importer
Yes — we are a brass manufacturer focused on distributors and projects across the Gulf, North Africa, Southern Europe, Eastern Europe and Latin America. Our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE and SGS certificates and export documentation support your customs clearance and market approvals — with exclusive territory available per market.
