PPR System — Valves Welded, not threaded

PPR Ball Valve & Stop Valve Manufacturer — One Welded PPR System

PPR ball valves and stop valves in 1/2"–4", hot-melt welded to the same PPR pipe and fittings — one homogeneous system, manufacturing since 1993. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE & SGS certified.

We manufacture PPR valves for distributors, projects and OEM partners — export by the container, not single retail units.

I. The Valve Range The range

PPR Ball Valves & Stop Valves — the control points on a PPR line

From the shut-off ball valve at the riser to the stop valve regulating a branch, the PPR valve line covers every control point on the water-supply system — all welding into the same pipe, and all available in your branding at container quantities.

i.

PPR Ball Valves — hot-melt socket

Full-bore shut-off ball valves with lever handle and PPR hot-melt sockets, 1/2"–4". They weld directly into WARMHAUS PPR pipe as one fused joint — no threaded leak point on the line. PN rating: available on request.

ii.

PPR Ball Valves — brass-insert, threaded

Ball valves with brass-insert threaded ends for the points where a metal transition is required — meters, pumps and appliance connections. For a full metal valve line, see our brass ball valves.

iii.

PPR Stop Valves — flow regulation

Stop and regulating valves for isolating and throttling branch lines — the control point between the riser and the fixture, in the same PP-R body system as the pipe they serve.

iv.

PPR Ball Valves — with union

Serviceable ball valves with a union end for disassembly and maintenance without cutting the line. Configurations: available on request.

II. Material & Weld One polymer

Same PP-R as the pipe — one homogeneous welded system

A PPR valve is only right when it becomes part of the pipe, not a weak point bolted onto it. On a PPR line, the connection decides whether it leaks.

A threaded valve introduces a joint that can weep; a PPR-socket valve fuses to the pipe in a single hot-melt weld. Our ball valves and stop valves are built on PP-R bodies from the same system as our PPR pipe and fittings, so when you weld a valve into the line the valve, the socket and the pipe become one continuous piece of the same polymer — no dissimilar-material joint to creep or leak over the life of the system.

We are the manufacturer, not a trader repackaging anonymous valves: we run our own extrusion, injection-moulding and machining lines, so every valve traces back to one production system, one PP-R material system, one QC line and one certificate set — and the certificates are third-party issued, so a buyer can verify them independently rather than take our word for it. As general industry practice, PPR is socket-fusion welded at roughly ~260 °C and PPR pressure pipe is commonly rated across the PN10–PN25 range; the exact PP-R grade, PN rating and welding procedure for WARMHAUS valves are documented on our material data sheet, shared with distributors and project engineers on request.

III. Size Range Every size

One PPR valve line from 1/2" to 4"

A distributor should not have to split a valve order across three suppliers to cover a job. One certified PPR valve line, welded straight into the pipe you already sell.

Our PPR ball valves and stop valves run the full 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3" and 4" range — the sizes that carry residential and commercial water-supply risers and branch lines.

IV. One System One system

Not a loose valve — part of the whole PPR system

One weld, one polymer, one warranty — instead of matching a plastic pipe to a valve from another vendor and hoping the sockets line up.

These valves are engineered as one subcategory of the WARMHAUS PPR system. Ball valves and stop valves share the PP-R material, the socket dimensions and the weld window of our PPR pipe, fittings and inserts, so an installer welds the valve into the same line with the same hot-melt tool — and gets a single system warranty across the whole water network. Warranty terms: available on request.

And because the PPR line, the PEX underfloor-heating line and the brass line all come off our own production lines, one distributor can source the complete water system from a single supplier, under one set of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE and SGS certificates covering the whole range.

FAQ Common questions

PPR ball valves & stop valves — frequently asked questions

For the Installer
Our PPR ball valves ship with PPR hot-melt sockets that fuse directly to WARMHAUS PPR pipe, so the valve becomes one continuous joint with no threaded leak point. Where a metal transition is needed, brass-insert threaded versions are available. As general practice, PPR is welded at roughly ~260 °C.Exact welding procedure & PN rating: available on request — data sheet on request.
For the Wholesaler
We manufacture PPR ball valves and stop valves across the full 1/2" to 4" range, covering residential and commercial water-supply risers and branch lines. That lets you stock one certified PPR valve line instead of splitting orders — and weld it straight into the PPR pipe and fittings you already sell.Per-size SKU list & socket DN: available on request.
For the Project Buyer
Yes. Our PPR ball valves and stop valves use PP-R bodies from the same PPR system as our pipe and fittings, so they weld homogeneously with no dissimilar-material joint. Documentation for your tender submission is issued on request with our ISO, CE and SGS certificates.Exact PP-R grade & PN rating: available on request — issued on request.
For the OEM / Private-Label Buyer
Yes. We are an OEM PPR manufacturer — your logo and markings on valve bodies and handles, and custom packaging. Because we hold the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE and SGS approvals ourselves, your branded line is backed by third-party certificates you can put straight into a tender or a customs file — which is what lets a private-label range hold its price. Ball valves, stop valves, pipe and fittings can all be branded on the same order, and we operate with no minimum order quantity, so a first trial order is welcome. Standard lead time is 45 days from order confirmation. See Private Label & OEM.Packaging options: available on request.
