PPR System — Pipes The pipe
PPR Pipe Manufacturer — Cold & Hot Water, ISO 9001 & CE Certified
WARMHAUS extrudes a full range of PPR pipes for cold and hot water supply — a complete PN series across sizes 20–160 mm, in random-copolymer PP-R, each length printed with brand, size, PN class and standard reference. Certified to EU CE and SGS. Hot-melt weldable into the full WARMHAUS PPR system. Wholesale, project and OEM only — we do not sell single lengths to consumers.
I. Sizes & Pressure Size and pressure
One Diameter Range, from Ø20 Branches to Ø160 Project Mains
Distributors lose sales on the size they do not stock; project buyers lose the tender if the main is not available in the diameter the drawing calls out. WARMHAUS produces PPR pipe across 20–160 mm — one brand end-to-end, under one certification file, no mixing brands at the reducer.
| Specification | Typical role / industry norm | WARMHAUS detail |
|---|---|---|
| Ø20 – Ø32 mm | Fixture branches, small-bore cold & hot runs | PN classes per size: on the spec sheet |
| Ø40 – Ø63 mm | Risers, floor distribution, apartment lines | PN classes per size: on the spec sheet |
| Ø75 – Ø110 mm | Building mains, commercial distribution | PN classes per size: on the spec sheet |
| Ø125 – Ø160 mm | Large project mains and trunk lines | PN classes per size: on the spec sheet |
| Pressure class | PPR is commonly rated PN10 to PN25 as an industry norm — cold supply typically at the lower classes, continuous hot water at the higher ones | Exact PN series per SKU: available on request |
| Wall thickness (SDR) | Wall thickness follows the SDR series matched to each PN class, as an industry norm | available on request |
| Service temperature | Continuous cold & hot water rating | available on request |
Exact diameters supplied, and the PN classes available per diameter, are confirmed on the WARMHAUS technical data sheet. Every value ships printed on the pipe body.
II. Cold or Hot Cold and hot water
PPR Pipes for Cold and Hot Water — Matched to Your PN Class
The same green (or white) PPR pipe is not the same pipe. Cold-water runs and hot-water risers demand different pressure classes — and buying the wrong wall thickness is how a project fails inspection.
Cold-Water PPR
Cold supply, distribution and sanitary cold lines — typically served by the lower PN classes of the series, as an industry norm. The exact WARMHAUS cold-water PN classes per diameter: confirmed on the technical data sheet.
Hot-Water PPR
Hot water supply, hot risers and heating returns — the higher PN classes, rated for continuous hot service, as an industry norm. WARMHAUS hot-water PN classes and continuous service temperature: confirmed on the technical data sheet.
Oxygen-Barrier PPR for Closed Heating Loops
In closed heating and recirculation loops, oxygen diffusing through a plain plastic wall can corrode boilers, pumps and steel parts — which is why heating specifications often call for an oxygen-barrier pipe (typically an EVOH layer, as an industry norm). Potable supply generally does not need it. Whether a given WARMHAUS PPR line includes an oxygen-barrier construction: available on request — tell us if your project is potable supply or a closed loop and we’ll confirm the correct pipe.
One Material, One Weld
Extruded from random-copolymer polypropylene (PP-R), the industry-standard resin for pressure hot and cold water pipe — same material as WARMHAUS PPR fittings, so pipe and fitting fuse into a single homogeneous joint. The resin is sourced from established international suppliers — Hyosung, Borealis and LG — and the pipe is produced to DIN 8077 / DIN 8078 and GB/T 18742.2-2017. Backed by ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, EU CE, SGS and Russian PT certification.
III. The Marking Printed on the pipe
Every Length Printed with Brand, Class and Standard
For an importer selling into tendered and inspected work, the marking on the pipe is what closes the argument — brand, size, PN class and standard reference, readable by your customer, a site inspector or a tender reviewer straight off the pipe, and traceable back to the certification file behind it.
IV. FAQ Common questions
PPR Pipes — Frequently Asked Questions
WARMHAUS is a direct PPR pipe manufacturer, producing since 1993. We run our own extrusion, injection-moulding and machining lines, extrude our own cold- and hot-water PPR pipes, print brand, size, PN class and standard reference on the pipe body, and hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EU CE and SGS — so you deal with the factory that holds the certificates, not a middleman marking up a third-party plant.
WARMHAUS PPR pipes run across the diameter range 20 to 160 mm in a PN series for both cold and hot water. PPR is commonly rated PN10–PN25 as an industry norm; request the spec sheet for the full size × PN table so you stock the right classes for your market.Exact PN classes and wall thickness per WARMHAUS diameter: on the spec sheet.
Our PPR pipes are extruded from random-copolymer polypropylene (PP-R), the industry-standard resin for pressure hot and cold water pipe, selected for consistent long-term pressure performance batch after batch — and printed as a material class on the pipe body.Resin is supplied by Hyosung, Borealis and LG, and pipe is produced to DIN 8077 / DIN 8078 and GB/T 18742.2-2017. Certificate numbers are available on request.
Every length is printed with brand, size, PN class and standard reference — the marking a site inspector or tender reviewer reads to confirm the pipe matches the certified specification, which is what lets you defend your price against unmarked commodity imports across the Gulf, North Africa, Southern Europe and Latin America. For private label, the pipe-body print can carry your own brand instead. There is no minimum order quantity on the private-label program. Standard lead time is 45 days from order confirmation.
Closed heating loops often specify an oxygen-barrier pipe (typically an EVOH layer, as an industry norm) to protect boilers and steel parts from oxygen corrosion; potable cold and hot supply usually does not need it. Tell us your application and we’ll confirm the correct pipe.Oxygen-barrier availability per WARMHAUS PPR line: on the technical data sheet.
We are set up to supply certified PPR pipes to importers, distributors and projects across the Middle East and Gulf, North Africa, Southern Europe, Eastern Europe and Latin America — one English international line, with exclusive territory available per market. Our certification file covers ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, EU CE, SGS and Russian PT. Which of these are accepted for customs and tender documentation varies by market — tell us your destination country and we will confirm what our existing paperwork covers.
