Factory & Manufacturing The factory

Inside a Real Pipe Factory — Our Own Lines, Producing Since 1993

WARMHAUS is a manufacturer, not a trading company. Our PPR, PEX and brass piping and underfloor-heating systems are produced on our own production lines — extrusion, injection-moulding and brass machining under one roof, certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EU CE and SGS. This is the factory an importer can inspect, a project can cite, and an agent can show a client.

I. The Plant The plant

Our Own Production Lines — Where the Systems Are Actually Made

One fact changes the whole deal: a manufacturer controls capacity, consistency and lead time. A trading company can only pass your order down a chain it does not own.

The WARMHAUS manufacturing plant — one focus since 1993

Manufacturing since 1993 Since 1993

A production plant, not a sourcing office

WARMHAUS runs its own plant, and that is what the certifications rest on: ISO 9001 and CE do not audit a trading desk, they audit a production and testing process. The PPR pipe, the injection-moulded fittings and the machined brass that make up our four systems and a complete product range are produced on our own lines, under our own quality management, and the group has been manufacturing since 1993. Today that means three plants totalling 100,000 m² of built area and a workforce of over 500 people, more than 50 of them in R&D and technical roles.

For an importer weighing an exclusive territory or a project facing a supplier review, that is the difference between a promise and a certificate a reviewer can check in the issuing body’s own register.

II. The Processes The processes

Extrusion, Injection-Moulding and Brass Machining — All In-House

A pipe brand that only extrudes tube and buys everything else in is not a full-system manufacturer. WARMHAUS runs all three processes a complete piping system needs — in one plant, engineered to seat and seal together.

i.

Extrusion — the pipe itself

Raw PP-R and PEX resin becomes pipe on our extrusion lines: PPR pipe for hot- and cold-water supply, PEX and PE-RT pipe for underfloor heating, plus HDPE and multilayer PE-AL-PE. Pipe is extruded to DIN 8077 / DIN 8078 and GB/T 18742.2-2017. Line count, machine models and diameter ranges — available on request.

ii.

Injection-moulding — the fittings

Elbows, tees, reducers, sockets and unions are moulded in-house, so every fitting is engineered to weld and seal with our own pipe — not sourced from an unrelated factory and hoped to match on site. Machine count and tonnage: available on request.

iii.

Brass machining — valves & manifolds

Ball valves, manifolds, inserts and threaded fittings are machined in-house from 57-3 and CW617 brass, closing the system with metal we control. CNC and machine-shop details — available on request.

III. Capacity Capacity

Capacity Built to Fill Containers, Not Just Samples

For an importer holding stock or a project on a fixed schedule, capacity is the whole question: can this factory keep you supplied without running dry in peak season?

As a manufacturer producing across four systems and a complete product range on its own lines, WARMHAUS is built to supply importers and projects by the container, not the carton — and because production is ours, we control the schedule rather than waiting in another factory’s queue. Across the three plants total output runs at 2,000 tonnes per month, of which 600 tonnes per month is our core pipe, fitting and brass ball-valve programme. Mixed containers across PPR, PEX, brass and underfloor heating are handled from one source. Our standard lead time is 45 days — we would rather quote it honestly than promise a date we cannot hold, so you plan your stock and your tender against real numbers, not brochure numbers.

i.Monthly capacity — 2,000 tonnes total, 600 tonnes of pipe, fittings & brass ball valves
ii.Standard lead time — 45 days; loading rate confirmed per enquiry
iii.Confirmed today — four systems, a complete product range, one manufacturing source, mixed containers
iv.No minimum order quantity — trial orders welcome before you commit a territory

IV. Raw Materials Raw materials

What Goes Into the Pipe — Raw Materials You Can Trace

A certification is only as credible as the material behind it. A finished pipe is only as good as the resin it was extruded from and the brass it was machined from — which is exactly what our incoming-material control examines.

Serious buyers ask what goes in before they ask what comes out. WARMHAUS produces its PPR system from PP-R (polypropylene random copolymer) resin, its underfloor-heating pipe from PEX and PE-RT, its pressure and drainage lines from HDPE, and its valves and manifolds from 57-3 and CW617 brass. Our polymer feedstock is bought from established international producers — Hyosung, Borealis and LG — rather than from the spot market, and material selection is built for hot- and cold-water supply and radiant-heating service. Exact resin grades and mill certificates are documented and available to serious partners on request, so your technical team and your tender can verify the input, not just trust the label.

V. Quality Control Quality control

Automated Production and Quality Control We Run Ourselves

The difference between a factory and a middleman shows up at the QC bench: a middleman inspects on arrival; a manufacturer controls quality at the source.

Controlled at the source Quality at source

Batch consistency is designed in, not sorted out later

Because WARMHAUS both makes the product and checks it, the batch consistency an importer needs for reorders — and a project needs for spec compliance — is built into production. Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015 for quality, ISO 14001:2015 for environment and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety, and our products carry EU CE, SGS and Russian PT certification. Pipe is produced and checked against DIN 8077 / DIN 8078 and GB/T 18742.2-2017.

Every batch is checked item by item against its specification before it leaves the plant, on product testing equipment that meets international standards, with trained inspectors — not sampling alone — signing off the result. Specific test methods, equipment models and automation level — available on request.

VI. Why It Matters Why it matters

Why Sourcing From the Factory — Not a Trader — Protects Your Order

Everything on this page protects two things on your side of the deal: your supply and your reputation. You are not just buying pipe; you are buying a supply chain you can stand behind.

i.

Importers / Distributors

Real capacity and one controlled source, so an exclusive territory is a bet you can hold — without fear of the tap running dry in peak season. Become a distributor

ii.

Projects / Contractors

FAQ Common questions

Our Factory & Manufacturing — Frequently Asked Questions

For the Importer / Distributor
We are a real manufacturer. WARMHAUS produces its PPR, PEX and brass piping and underfloor-heating systems on its own production lines, and the group has been manufacturing since 1993. Extrusion, injection-moulding and brass machining run in-house across a complete product range — not a trading office passing your order to a third party. The ISO 9001 and CE certifications are themselves evidence of this: those bodies audit a production and testing process, which a trader does not have.
For the Project / Contractor
As a manufacturer producing four systems on its own lines, we are built to supply importers and projects by the container rather than the carton, including mixed containers across PPR, PEX, brass and underfloor heating. Our three plants produce 2,000 tonnes per month in total, of which 600 tonnes is the core pipe, fitting and brass ball-valve programme, and there is no minimum order quantity. Standard lead time is 45 days from order confirmation — please build that into your schedule rather than assuming a shorter window. Because production is ours, we control the queue instead of waiting in another factory’s.
For the Sourcing Agent
Yes. You can book a virtual factory tour to see the extrusion, injection-moulding and brass-machining lines live, and request our Company Profile to share with your client. On-site audit arrangements are discussed per partner. We want the factory verified before you place a bet on it — and while a tour depends on our own hospitality, the ISO 9001 and CE certificates do not: you can check them against the issuing bodies’ registers without asking us.Audit policy details — available on request.
For the Distributor / OEM Partner
We produce our PPR system from PP-R resin, underfloor-heating pipe from PEX and PE-RT, and valves from 57-3 and CW617 brass, with polymer feedstock from Hyosung, Borealis and LG. Production follows DIN 8077 / DIN 8078 and GB/T 18742.2-2017, and we hold ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, EU CE, SGS and Russian PT certification. We supply importers, projects and private-label partners across Europe, Asia, Africa and other regions.Certificate numbers — available on request.
