WARMHAUS piping carries EU CE marking and SGS inspection from Switzerland — the credentials that open water-supply tenders and building approvals across Europe, the Gulf and North Africa — together with PT certification for the Russian market. Production runs to DIN 8077 / DIN 8078 and GB/T 18742.2-2017, so material, dimension and pressure class are declared against a named standard your consultant can check against the drawings. Behind the product sit ISO 9001:2015 quality, ISO 14001:2015 environmental and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management systems, audited across all three of our plants.
For every line we supply a technical datasheet (TDS) and a compliance statement, so your consultant can verify PN rating, dimension, temperature class and standard against the drawings before sign-off — not after the container lands. A project runs to a program, and the pipe has to arrive when the sequence needs it. One WARMHAUS system means one container, one BOQ, one clean clearance.

Because PPR, PEX and brass come from one WARMHAUS system, your whole water package ships together — loaded to maximize container fill and reduce freight per unit, with cartons marked for easy site receiving and warehouse intake. Total output runs at 2,000 tonnes a month, of which roughly 600 tonnes is pipe, fittings and brass ball valves, so container-scale project volumes are absorbed inside normal production. Standard lead time is 45 days from order confirmation; loading rates are confirmed per order.
Export documentation is prepared so customs clears clean in the Gulf, North Africa, Southern Europe or Latin America — and a technical contact reviews your BOQ and drawings before production, so sizing or fitting mismatches are flagged before the bulk run, not on site.
