Brass System — Ball Valves Low-lead brass

Brass Ball Valve Manufacturer — Full-Bore, Low-Lead, 1/2"–2"

Full-bore brass ball valves across the complete 1/2"–2" range, with lever, butterfly and lockable handles — low-lead brass, ISO 9001 & CE certified, manufacturing since 1993, part of the same PPR + PEX + brass system. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE & SGS certified.

We manufacture brass ball valves for distributors, projects and OEM partners — export by the container, not single retail units.

I. Why It Matters

A ball valve is the part everyone touches — get it right

A rough action, a leaking stem, or a valve that fails potable-water rules generates complaints faster than any buried fitting. The valve is where your brand gets judged by hand.

A ball valve is the one component in a water system a person physically holds and turns. We are a brass ball valve manufacturer with our own machining lines — not a trader repackaging anonymous castings — so every valve traces back to one production line, one QC process, and one certificate set you can verify.

Low-lead brass — potable-water ready

Cast for potable-water and heating lines. Exact alloy grade and lead-content data sheet: available on request with our certificate set.

ii.

Full-bore across 1/2"–2" — full flow

The ball opening matches the pipe bore for minimal pressure drop — one full-bore line covers the whole job, from riser shut-off to meter isolation.

iii.

ISO 9001 · 14001 · SGS · CE — tender-ready

Audit- and tender-ready documentation across the Gulf, North Africa and Southern Europe. See our certifications.

iv.

Same system as PPR + PEX — one warranty

Valve threads match our PPR and PEX pipe and fitting dimensions — one warranty across the network. Warranty terms: available on request.

II. The Series The range

One brass ball valve line, built for every shut-off point

From the main shut-off at the riser to the isolation valve before a meter, the same low-lead line covers every point where flow has to stop cleanly — all available in your branding at container quantities.

III. The Alloy

Low-lead brass for potable water and heating lines

The alloy is the product. It decides whether a valve can sit in systems that have to clear potable-water and project requirements — not just hardware-store shelves.

Our ball valves are machined from brass manufactured to low-lead standards suitable for drinking-water and heating applications. The brass grades we work in are 57-3 and CW617; the lead-content figures and machining tolerances for each valve size are documented on our material data sheet — shared with distributors and project engineers on request, alongside our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE and SGS certificates.

IV. Size Range Every size

One ball valve line from 1/2" to 2"

A distributor should not have to split a valve order across three suppliers to cover a job. One full-bore line under one certificate set, matched to the pipe you already sell.

Our brass ball valves run the full 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2" range — the sizes that carry residential and light-commercial water and heating work.

V. Pressure & Handles

Pressure ratings and handle options for every job

For a project buyer, a ball valve is a spec line before it is a part — the submission has to carry real figures, not assumptions.

As general industry background, brass ball valves in this size class are commonly rated for standard cold- and hot-water working pressures, and full-bore geometry keeps the flow area equal to the pipe. The exact pressure class (PN rating), temperature range and bore diameter for each WARMHAUS size are confirmed on the technical data sheet — issued on request. On the handle side, you choose the type that fits the install:

VI. OEM & Private Label Your brand

Sell certified brass ball valves under your own brand

The part that lets you price above generic imports: a valve line backed by ISO 9001 and CE certification, with the certificates issued to your buyers on request — and your name on the body and handle.

For importers ready to build their own plumbing brand, our ball valve line is OEM-ready. We apply your logo and markings to the valve body and handle, produce custom packaging, and offer handle-colour options. Because the same factory makes the matching brass fittings, manifolds and inserts, your customers see one coherent brass system under one certificate set — not a mix of unbranded valves. Small trial orders are genuinely welcome — we operate with no minimum order quantity, so an OEM programme can start at whatever volume your first shipment justifies. Standard production lead time is 45 days; sampling lead time and packaging minimums: available on request.

FAQ Common questions

Brass ball valves — frequently asked questions

For the Project Buyer
Our brass ball valves are machined from low-lead brass for potable-water and heating lines — the reason they pass drinking-water and tender requirements, not just retail. The grades we machine are 57-3 and CW617 brass; the lead-content data sheet is issued on request with our ISO, CE and SGS documentation.Lead-content figures: available on request — data sheet on request.
For the Wholesaler
We manufacture brass ball valves across the full 1/2" to 2" range, covering residential and light-commercial water and heating work. That lets you stock one full-bore line instead of splitting orders, and match it dimensionally to the PPR and PEX systems you already sell from the same factory.Per-size SKU list: available on request.
For the Installer / Distributor
Our standard valves are full-bore, so flow matches the pipe bore for minimal pressure drop. Handles come in lever, butterfly (wing) and lockable types across 1/2"–2" — lever for general shut-off, butterfly for tight spaces, lockable for meters and controlled points.Exact bore (DN) per size: available on request — on the data sheet.
For the OEM / Private-Label Buyer
Yes. We are an OEM brass ball valve manufacturer — your logo on the valve body and handle, custom packaging and handle-colour options, and our ISO, CE and SGS certification behind the line so you can sell against verifiable compliance rather than on price alone, alongside matching branded fittings and manifolds on the same order. See Private Label & OEM.There is no minimum order quantity, and standard production lead time is 45 days. Sampling lead time: available on request.
For the Importer
Yes — we are a brass ball valve manufacturer serving distributors and projects across the Gulf (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman), North Africa (Egypt), Southern and Eastern Europe and Latin America. Our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE and SGS certificates and export documentation support your customs clearance and market approvals. See Countries We Supply.Per-market approval status is confirmed on application.
