Across all four systems, WARMHAUS products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and carry EU CE marking, Swiss SGS testing and Russian PT certification. These are third-party marks: the products were tested by independent laboratories against published standards, and each mark is verifiable in the issuing body’s own register. Same certifications, whichever system you source.

WARMHAUS is a direct manufacturer of all four systems — PPR, PEX underfloor heating, brass, and tools — producing since 1993 across a complete product range on its own extrusion, injection-moulding and machining lines. We are not a trading company reselling other factories’ output: the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits and the EU CE, Swiss SGS and Russian PT product approvals are held against our own production, which is what separates a manufacturer from a rebadged catalogue.Production runs across three plants totalling 100,000 m² of building area, with over 500 staff including a technical and R&D team of more than 50. Total output is 2,000 tonnes per month, of which 600 tonnes are pipes, fittings and brass ball valves. Per-system SKU counts: available on request

Yes. Every system is produced under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and carries EU CE marking, Swiss SGS testing and Russian PT certification — key credentials for tender qualification and market entry across the Gulf, North Africa and Europe. Each mark comes from an independent laboratory and can be checked against the issuing body’s register, so procurement does not have to take our word for it. We supply full technical data sheets and export documentation alongside the certificates.Products are manufactured to DIN 8077 / DIN 8078 and GB/T 18742.2-2017. Materials are PPR, PEX, HDPE and PERT compounds sourced from Hyosung, Borealis and LG, with 57-3 and CW617 brass for valves and fittings. Certificate numbers are available on request. Yes. As the manufacturer, we produce all four systems — PPR, PEX, brass and tools — under your brand with custom pipe-body marking and packaging, while the EU CE, Swiss SGS and Russian PT approvals behind the products carry over to what you sell. That is what gets a private label onto a tender list or a wholesaler’s shelf. There is no minimum order quantity, so your range can be complete from day one and trial orders are genuinely welcome.Standard lead time is 45 days from order confirmation.
