Underfloor Heating — Controls

Underfloor heating thermostats & actuators — matched to your manifold.

One certified supplier for the whole underfloor heating control layer — room thermostats with a standard 86×86mm panel, electrothermal actuators and valve + flow-meter sets, engineered to fit WARMHAUS brass manifolds out of the box. We manufacture and export to importers, distributors, projects and OEM partners across the Gulf, North Africa, Southern & Eastern Europe and Latin America.

I. Room Thermostats

Standard 86×86mm — built to drive the actuators

The thermostat is what the owner actually touches, and what tells each loop when to heat. Ours is sized like a normal wall switch — and wired for our own actuator heads.

Display Detail

Mounts flush, reads clearly, signals directly

WARMHAUS underfloor heating room thermostats use a standard 86×86mm front panel, so they mount to common wall back-boxes and sit flush like a normal wall switch — no odd cut-outs, no custom plate. Installers fit them the way they fit any switch on the job.

Each thermostat is engineered to drive our electrothermal actuators directly, so the control signal matches out of the box instead of being wired against a third-party head that may not respond the same way.

II. Actuators & Valve Sets L’attuatore

One per loop, threaded to fit the manifold

The actuator opens the loop; the valve + flow-meter set balances it. Both are made to land on the same WARMHAUS manifold outlet — no adaptors, no guesswork.

Electrothermal
Actuator Testina elettrotermica

Each electrothermal actuator sits on one manifold outlet and opens or closes that loop when the thermostat calls for heat — room by room, zone by zone, with no moving motor to wear out. Because the actuators and the WARMHAUS brass manifold come off our own production lines to the same internal drawings, the thread lands on the outlet cleanly and the control signal comes straight from the matching thermostat. Distributors stock one actuator that fits their manifolds; installers thread it on and wire it without hunting for an adaptor.

Flow-Meter Set Gruppo di taratura

Even floor temperatures come from balanced loops, and balancing is done at the valve. The WARMHAUS valve + flow-meter set lets the installer set each loop’s flow rate by reading the meter — a long loop and a short loop can be dialled to deliver even heat instead of guesswork. The valve body is sized to take our electrothermal actuator on top, so the same outlet handles both flow balancing and on/off zone control as one integrated control point on the manifold.

III. System Compatibility

Built to fit WARMHAUS manifolds — not a third-party guess

Controls only save you money if they actually fit the manifold. Every part on this page is engineered around the WARMHAUS brass manifold, so the whole chain matches by design.

i.

One factory, one thread

Thermostat, electrothermal actuator and manifold are specified and produced by one manufacturer on its own injection-moulding and machining lines — the actuator thread lands on the manifold outlet by design, not by adaptor. Exact thread standard: available on request on the data sheet.

ii.

One control signal

The thermostat is engineered to drive the WARMHAUS actuator directly, so the call-for-heat signal matches out of the box — no third-party head wired in and hoped to respond the same way.

iii.

One manifold range

The controls pair with WARMHAUS brass manifolds available from 2 to 8 ports — the valve interface and the actuator seat are the same across the range, so one stocked control package covers every configuration.

iv.

One supplier, one package

That is the difference between a matched control package and a shopping list of parts you hope will connect: one manufacturer and one compatible system across pipe, manifold and controls, under a single set of ISO 9001 process controls. System warranty terms: available on request.

IV. Wiring & Commissioning

How the control chain works

The chain is simple by design: the thermostat calls, the actuator opens the loop, the flow-meter confirms balance. Heat arrives room by room, on demand.

i.The room thermostat senses temperature and sends a call for heat to that zone’s actuator.
ii.The electrothermal actuator on the manifold outlet opens the loop — no motor, no wear parts.
iii.The valve + flow-meter set keeps the loop’s flow balanced, so heat stays even across the floor.
iv.At setpoint, the thermostat drops the call and the actuator closes the loop again.

In general underfloor-heating practice, electrothermal actuators are wired through a manifold wiring centre and are commonly available in low-voltage (around 24V) or mains (around 230V) versions — you match the version to the project’s control wiring. Because WARMHAUS thermostats and actuators are designed together, the signal logic lines up without adapting a third-party head.

FAQ Common questions

Thermostats & actuators — frequently asked

For the Installer
Yes — the thermostat, electrothermal actuator and manifold are designed and built together by one manufacturer on its own production lines, so the actuator threads onto the manifold outlet and the thermostat signal drives it directly. You wire a matched WARMHAUS control chain, not a third-party head you hope responds the same way.Exact thread and voltage: on the data sheet — available on request.
For the Installer

For the Installer
Each electrothermal actuator sits on one manifold outlet and opens or closes that loop on the thermostat signal. The normally-closed / normally-open type, voltage (such as 24V or 230V in general practice) and thread are confirmed per model — so you order the exact version your project wiring needs, not a generic head.NC/NO type, voltage options and thread per model: available on request.
For the Wholesaler
Yes — thermostat, actuator and valve + flow-meter set ship as one matched package that pairs with WARMHAUS manifolds, so installers get every control part from one shelf. WARMHAUS has been manufacturing since 1993, holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE and SGS, and exports across the Gulf, North Africa, Southern & Eastern Europe and Latin America. Controls can be mixed into one container with PPR, PEX and brass lines from the same complete-range range. There is no minimum order quantity, so you can trial the control package before committing to volume. Standard lead time is 45 days from order confirmation.
