WARMHAUS is a direct manufacturer with its own extrusion, injection moulding and machining lines, producing since 1993 — so your private-label order is made on those lines under our own ISO 9001 quality system, not bought in and relabeled by a trading company. Your brand is backed by real batch control, certifications that a third party issued and maintains (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE and SGS) and a single source you can audit — the foundation importers in the Gulf, North Africa, Southern Europe, Eastern Europe and Latin America need before they commit their name to a product line. Behind that sit three plants totalling 100,000 m² of building area, over 500 staff including more than 50 R&D and technical specialists, and 2,000 tonnes a month of total output.

Your brand should be on the product itself — not just the box. Every OEM order is built around your identity, from pipe surface to shipping mark.
On WARMHAUS OEM orders we print your brand name, standard reference and technical markings directly onto the pipe body — the same surface that carries size and PN data on standard PPR pipe and PEX pipe. Packaging is built around your identity too: custom-printed boxes, bags and carton labels with your logo, barcodes and market-language text, ready for retail shelves and distributor warehouses. Exact printing methods, character limits, color options and packaging formats are confirmed per project.

For OEM and private-label partners we can carry the applicable standard reference and certification markings on your branded pipe and packaging, so your own label arrives with the documentation that separates a specifiable product from a cheap unbranded import.
This is what lets an importer step up from reselling to owning a brand that holds its price: tender committees and customs officers ask for certificates and test reports, and those are issued against our production — not against a claim on the packaging. There is no minimum order quantity. You can brand a single SKU or a full private-label range across PPR, PEX, brass and underfloor heating — so importers and new pipe brands can launch a branded range, and reorder what sells, without burying cash in stock. Standard lead time is 45 days from confirmed artwork and order; we quote the schedule for your project when you request options.

Because WARMHAUS produces on its own lines under an ISO 9001 quality system, your reorders are built to the same specification, dimensions and print as your first run — so your distributors and installers get one consistent product under your brand, order after order. Every batch is checked item by item against its specification before it leaves the factory, on testing equipment that meets international standards and with in-house human inspection behind it. Production follows DIN 8077 / DIN 8078 and GB/T 18742.2-2017. Batch test data and warranty terms: available on request.
