Behind those rows: a manufacturer running three plants totalling 100,000 m² of built area, producing since 1993 on its own extrusion, injection-moulding and machining lines, with a workforce of over 500 including more than 50 R&D and technical staff. II. What Projects Ask For The requirement

A Timeline That Can’t Slip, a Spec That Has to Match

Every construction project puts the same two pressures on its pipe supplier at once. Here is how each one lands on us, and what we can and cannot promise against it.

First, the timeline: the water system has to arrive when the MEP sequence calls for it. A container that lands two weeks late stalls every trade behind it. Our standard production lead time is 45 days from order confirmation, plus transit. That is not the fastest figure in the market and we do not dress it up — but it is the date we schedule against, and knowing it early is worth more to a program than a shorter number that moves.

Second, the specification: the consultant will not sign off until PN rating, dimension, temperature class, standard and certification on the drawings are matched line for line. One gap and the submittal is rejected, the order stops, and the timeline problem gets worse. We produce to DIN 8077 / DIN 8078 and GB/T 18742.2-2017 and hold EU CE, Swiss SGS and Russian PT approvals alongside ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 — so the documents exist before you ask for them.

A project needs a full water system that clears the spec review and hits the delivery window — from one supplier who is still standing behind it after handover, not three traders pointing at each other. Because PPR, PEX, brass and underfloor heating all come off our own lines, that is one party.

III. How We Supply It The method

One Certified System, On the Program, Cleared to Spec

Four things we do on every project enquiry, from the first BOQ review to the loaded container. Each one is a standing capability — quote it back to us and we will hold to it.

I.

Spec-compliant PPR + brass systems

PPR water supply, PEX underfloor heating and brass valves and manifolds come from one WARMHAUS system, engineered to fit together and manufactured on our own lines to DIN 8077 / DIN 8078 and GB/T 18742.2-2017 so PN rating, dimension and temperature class can be matched against the drawings — one supplier reviews the BOQ and confirms system compatibility before anything ships. Raw material is specified as tightly as the finished pipe: PPR, PEX, HDPE and PERT compounds from Hyosung, Borealis and LG, and 57-3 or CW617 brass for the valve and fitting range.

CE / SGS documentation

A technical datasheet and a compliance statement per line, backed by EU CE and Swiss SGS certification plus ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 management-system approval — third-party marks the consultant can check against the issuing bodies’ own registers, so the specification is verified and the submittal cleared before sign-off, not after the container lands.

III.

Kitting and mixed containers

Because the whole range comes from one manufacturer, a project order can be built as a mixed container — PPR pipe and fittings, PEX and PERT underfloor heating coils, brass manifolds, valves and thermostats loaded together against one packing list rather than three separate shipments to reconcile on site. We can break the packing down the way the site consumes it: by floor, by riser or by underfloor heating circuit, cartons marked so the right bundle goes to the right level instead of being sorted in the yard. Standard lead time is 45 days from order confirmation; total output runs to 2,000 tonnes a month, of which roughly 600 tonnes is pipe, fittings and brass ball valves, so project volume is a scheduling question rather than a capacity one. There is no minimum order quantity — a sample set or a first partial floor can be produced and shipped before the main release. Packing list, CO and certificate scans are prepared for clean customs clearance in the destination market.

IV.

Technical support

WARMHAUS engineers review the BOQ and drawings, check system compatibility and prepare submittal documents from one source — a team of over 50 R&D and technical staff within a workforce of over 500. Because the whole system is produced in-house on our own lines manufacturing since 1993, rather than assembled by a trading house, one party stands behind the specification through to handover. Every batch is checked item by item against its declared values before it leaves the plant.

IV. The Submittal Pack The documents

What Goes Into a Tender File — and What Ships With the Order

The documents a consultant asks for at submittal stage, and what travels with the goods at shipment. This is the list we can assemble for any enquiry; certificate numbers are not published, but copies are issued on request.

For a residential tower, a municipal water scheme or a fire-protection package, the pack we can put together covers the same ground: management-system certificates, product approvals, the standards production runs to, and a technical datasheet per line item that a consultant can check dimension, PN rating and temperature class against. Nothing here depends on a particular order being placed — ask for it during tender and it goes out as it stands.
