Underfloor Heating Il cuore idraulico

Brass Underfloor Heating Manifold — Made in Italy, 2 to 8 Ports

An Italian manufacturer of complete underfloor heating systems since 1970. Brass manifolds in 2 to 8 ports, with a flow-meter version for easy balancing — engineered to work as one system with our PEX-B pipe, electrothermal actuators and thermostats. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SKZ & DVGW certified.

We supply importers, wholesalers and projects — trade and project quantities only. We do not sell single manifolds to consumers.

Brass Manifolds From 2 to 8 Ports — One Port Per Heating Loop

Every underfloor heating loop needs one supply and one return outlet — so the number of ports you order is simply the number of floor circuits the manifold will feed.

One Body, Six Sizes Un corpo, sei misure

Scale the Outlets, Keep the Proven Body

Our brass manifolds are built as a full range from 2 to 8 ports, so a compact apartment and a full villa floor run on the same machined body — you scale the outlet count, not the quality. End caps, mounting brackets, air vents and drain valves come as a matched set, and every size is dimensioned for our PEX-B pipe, actuators and thermostats out of the box.

For wholesalers, one body across six sizes keeps the SKU count and reordering simple; for installers, every size mounts, connects and balances the same way.

i.

Count Your Loops

One PEX circuit per room or zone. Total loops = ports needed — each loop takes one supply and one return outlet.

ii.

Pick the Port Count

Round up to the next size — 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 ports — for spare capacity on future zones.

iii.

Plain or Flow-Meter

Choose the flow-meter version whenever loops differ in length, so the system balances by eye.

iv.

Confirm on the Datasheet

Dimensions, flow range and brass grade are confirmed on the datasheet before you order.

II. Flow-Meter Version Con misuratori di portata

The Flow-Meter Version — Balance Every Loop by Eye

A visual flow gauge on every supply outlet turns hydronic balancing from a calculation into a glance.

When a short bathroom loop and a long living-room loop share one manifold, the short loop steals the flow and the big room stays cold. The flow-meter version puts a gauge on every supply outlet, so the installer sets the litres-per-minute of each loop and reads it directly — no calculation, no guesswork, even floor temperatures. Fewer cold spots means fewer callbacks for your installers, and fewer warranty complaints back up the chain.

iii.Balance by eye — even floor temperatures, fewer callbacks
iv.Verifiable loop settings for project commissioning and handover
v.Available across the 2–8 port range — flow range confirmed on the datasheet

III. Material & Build Ottone italiano

Machined From Brass, Made in Italy Since 1970

The manifold is the hydronic heart of an underfloor system — it runs hot water for decades, so the body material is not a detail to cut corners on.

Our manifolds are machined from brass for corrosion resistance and dimensional stability under thermal cycling, produced in Bologna, Italy, by a manufacturer building piping systems since 1970. Every batch is made under ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental management, with German SKZ and DVGW certification behind the wider system — the credentials project buyers and Gulf-market importers look for on a submittal.

IV. One System Un unico fornitore

Compatible With PEX Pipe, Actuators and Thermostats — From One Supplier

A manifold on its own is half a system. Ours is engineered as part of a complete WARMHAUS underfloor heating set, so the pieces fit without adapters or surprises.

I.

PEX-B Pipe (1216 / 1622)

Outlet connections sized for our PEX-B underfloor heating pipe — correct diameter from the same catalogue, no mixed-brand adapters between pipe and manifold.

II.

Electrothermal Actuators

Designed for standard M30×1.5 valve thread — thread specification confirmed on the datasheet. Actuators seat directly on the manifold return bar for per-loop shut-off.

III.

Room Thermostats

Wired to the actuators for per-room control — matched signal and voltage across the set, so zoning works the first time it is powered on.

IV.

Fittings & Accessories

Brass inserts, end sets, mounting brackets, air vents and drain valves from the same catalogue — one order, one delivery, one warranty for the whole loop.

Buying manifold, pipe, actuator and thermostat from one Italian supplier removes the biggest failure point in imported heating projects — mismatched diameters, threads and control signals — and gives your customers one warranty for the whole system.

V. Installation Posa e bilanciamento

Installing and Balancing the Manifold — The Short Version

The outline in four moves — the full step-by-step, with a balancing walk-through, lives in our installation guide.

The manifold mounts in a wall recess or cabinet above the floor loops, with the supply bar fed from the boiler or heat pump and the return bar carrying water back. On the flow-meter version, you balance by setting each loop’s gauge to its target litres-per-minute — longer loops open wider, shorter loops throttle down — until the floor heats evenly.

i.Mount in a wall recess or manifold cabinet above the loops
ii.Connect each PEX-B loop with brass compression fittings
iii.Screw actuators onto the return valves, wire the thermostat
iv.Set each loop’s flow gauge until the floor heats evenly

Underfloor Heating Manifold — Frequently Asked Questions

For the Installer
One port per heating loop — count the PEX circuits leaving the manifold. Each room or zone is usually one loop, so a 4-port manifold suits a small apartment and an 8-port a larger floor. Round up to the next size for spare capacity; our brass manifolds run 2 to 8 ports.
For the Wholesaler
Stock the mid-range — 4, 5 and 6-port bodies cover most residential jobs your installers ask for, with 2-port for small extensions and 8-port for villas. One brass body across the range keeps your SKU count and reordering simple.
For the Installer & Project Buyer
A visual flow gauge on every outlet, so you set and read each loop’s litres-per-minute and balance the floor by eye — no calculation. It pays for itself on any job mixing long and short loops, and it makes balancing verifiable on commissioning — you can show each loop’s set flow at handover. Available across the 2-to-8-port range. Flow range: Coming soon — confirmed on the datasheet.
For the Installer
It is designed as one system with our PEX-B pipe (1216 / 1622), standard M30×1.5 electrothermal actuators and room thermostats — diameters, threads and signals match with no adapters. Mixing brands is where leaks and mis-fits start, so we recommend the matched set from one supplier. Actuator thread specification: confirmed on the datasheet.
For the Project Buyer
The body is machined from brass for corrosion resistance and long hydronic life. It is Made in Italy in Bologna by a manufacturer running since 1970, under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SKZ and DVGW — the credentials that clear project submittals and Gulf-market approvals. Exact brass grade and PN rating: Coming soon — on the datasheet.
For the Wholesaler & Buyer
The like-for-like comparison against common European manifold brands is build (solid brass body), a full 2-to-8-port range, an integrated flow-meter version, and Made-in-Italy origin with ISO, SKZ and DVGW certification — plus the matching PEX pipe, actuators and thermostats from the same supplier under one warranty, instead of assembling a system from several brands. Ask for the datasheet to spec us against your current line.
For the Importer & Agent
Yes. As an Italian manufacturer we ship brass underfloor heating manifolds to importers, wholesalers and projects across the Gulf (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar), North Africa (Egypt), Southern and Eastern Europe (Italy, Spain, Romania) and Latin America — with exclusive territory available per market and flexible, trial-friendly first orders. Made-in-Italy origin plus ISO, SKZ and DVGW certificates support customs clearance and tenders. See Countries We Supply.
