Made in Italy Eccellenza italiana
WARMHAUS is not “Italian-styled” or “European-inspired.” Our PPR, PEX and brass piping and underfloor-heating systems are made in Italy, in Bologna — the industrial heart of Emilia-Romagna — and certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, German SKZ and German DVGW. An origin story importers, projects and distributors can verify, cite in a tender, and sell on. We supply the trade only — importers, distributors, projects and OEM partners.

I. The Origin Le origini bolognesi
Origin is not decoration here. Where a piping system is designed, tooled and produced shapes everything your buyers will judge it by.

WARMHAUS is based in Bologna, in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy — the same industrial belt that made Italy a world reference for precision mechanical and engineering manufacturing. Where a pipe is produced shapes its material consistency, its dimensional tolerances, and whether it holds up to European and German certification.
Being an Italian manufacturer in Bologna is why “Made in Italy” on a WARMHAUS pipe is a manufacturing fact, not a label applied to goods produced somewhere else. From this single Italian origin we ship to importers and projects across the Gulf, North Africa, Southern and Eastern Europe, and Latin America.

A brand you build a region or a project around should have a history you can check. WARMHAUS has manufactured piping in Italy since 1970.
Italian piping manufacturing begins in Bologna, Emilia-Romagna — more than half a century of staying with one thing: water and heating systems that install clean and last.
The range grows into four complete systems — PPR, PEX, brass and underfloor heating — engineered to work together, not stitched from anonymous suppliers. Milestone dates: Coming soon.
Quality and origin are put under external authority: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, German SKZ and German DVGW. Certification dates and numbers: Coming soon.
Four systems, 270+ SKUs, one Italian source — supplying importers, projects and OEM partners across the Gulf, North Africa, Europe and Latin America.
Detailed milestones — factory expansions, capacity and export history — Coming soon, pending confirmed company data.
III. The Premium Il valore del vero
Unbranded, uncertified pipe competes only on price — and hits a ceiling: no premium shelf, no tender, no story to charge more for. Made in Italy breaks that ceiling.
Consistent wall thickness and dimensional tolerances so fittings seat and hot-melt joints weld clean; materials built for hot- and cold-water and radiant service. The difference between a cheap import that leaks a callback and a system an installer trusts twice. Confirmed grades and ratings are published per system on the product pages — never invented.
An Italian brand lets you sit above the low-cost imports and defend a higher resale price. You are not paying more for a pipe; you are paying for a brand your market will pay more for — with exclusive territory discussed per market.
Italian origin plus German ISO/SKZ/DVGW certification clears specifications, reassures the client, and survives document review — the line between “can enter this tender” and “rejected at the first audit.”
Keep the Made-in-Italy origin mark on product sold under your own brand. Flexible, low MOQs make a small trial order realistic before you commit a range. The origin mark becomes a margin lever in your market.
IV. Proof Le certificazioni
An origin claim is only as strong as the certificates behind it. Together they turn “Made in Italy” from a claim into a document you can hand to a client.
Consistent quality management — batch-to-batch reliability your reorders can count on, and the baseline document every serious buyer asks for first.
Environmental management — meets the sustainability requirements increasingly written into project specifications and public tenders.
Independent German testing authority for plastics piping — third-party proof that the product performs to standard, not just to a datasheet.
The German gas and water standard — a hard gate for many tenders and premium markets across the Gulf, Europe and North Africa.
Certificate numbers, issuing bodies and validity dates — Coming soon; provided on request for tender submissions. IQNET is not claimed.
«Il Made in Italy non è un’etichetta.
È un fatto di fabbrica.»
Made in Italy is not a label. It is a manufacturing fact.
