Construction Project Case Storia di cantiere

A Made-in-Italy System, Delivered by Container and Built to Spec

This is where a WARMHAUS construction project case will be told the way project buyers read one — challenge, solution, result. What holds on every site we supply: a complete Made-in-Italy system — PPR water supply, PEX underfloor heating, brass valves and manifolds — from one Italian source, DVGW & SKZ certified, shipped by container against the project program. Full project details coming soon — confirmed with the client before release.

I. The Project In breve

Project at a Glance

The structure of this case is complete. Every project-specific fact — country, client, volumes, dates, results — is being confirmed with the project team before publication. Where a fact is not yet cleared, we say so rather than fill the slot.

What is already confirmed on every WARMHAUS project stands outside this card: ISO 9001 · ISO 14001 · German SKZ · German DVGW, and a complete system from one Italian manufacturer. WARMHAUS supplies importers, distributors and construction projects by container — spec-compliant systems, not single retail items.

II. The Challenge La sfida

A Timeline That Can’t Slip, a Spec That Has to Match

Every construction project puts the same two pressures on its pipe supplier at once — and a case study exists to show how they were answered on a real site.

First, the timeline: the water system has to arrive when the MEP sequence calls for it. A container that lands two weeks late stalls every trade behind it — and on a project running to a program, that delay carries a cost the pipe line item never shows.

Second, the specification: the consultant will not sign off until PN rating, dimension, temperature class, standard and certification on the drawings are matched line for line. One gap and the submittal is rejected, the order stops, and the timeline problem gets worse.

A project needs a full water system that clears the spec review and hits the delivery window — from one supplier who is still standing behind it after handover, not three traders pointing at each other.

i. Timeline pressure — the system must ship against the project program, not “whenever it’s ready” (this project’s delivery window: case details coming soon)
ii. Spec compliance — PN rating, standard and certification must match the drawings for submittal approval (this project’s spec: case details coming soon)
iii. Single-source liability — one party behind the whole water system, through to handover (this project’s scope: case details coming soon)

III. The Solution La soluzione

One Italian System, On the Program, Cleared to Spec

How WARMHAUS answers a project’s pressures — the same four moves on every site we supply. The project-specific figures behind each one join this page once confirmed.

I.

Spec-compliant PPR + brass systems

PPR water supply, PEX underfloor heating and brass valves and manifolds come from one WARMHAUS system, engineered to fit together and manufactured in Italy to match PN rating, dimension and temperature class against the drawings — one supplier reviews the BOQ and confirms system compatibility before anything ships.

II.

DVGW / SKZ documentation

A technical datasheet and a compliance statement per line, backed by German DVGW and German SKZ certification plus ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 — so the consultant can verify the specification and clear the submittal before sign-off, not after the container lands.

III.

Container scheduling

The full water package ships together in one container, loaded to maximize fill and scheduled against the project program — one delivery to plan around instead of three. Packing list, CO and certificate scans are prepared for clean customs clearance in the destination market.

IV.

Technical support

WARMHAUS engineers review the BOQ and drawings, check system compatibility and prepare submittal documents from one Italian source — and because the whole system comes from a single manufacturer, one party stands behind the specification through to handover.

IV. The Result Il risultato

Delivered to Program, Approved to Spec — Numbers Coming Soon

The outcome of a project case is where the numbers belong — on-time delivery, submittal approvals, system performance after commissioning. Every one of those figures is taken from the actual project and confirmed with the client before we publish it.

The result data for this case is not yet cleared for release — so we mark it coming soon rather than fill it with a number we can’t stand behind. What we can say holds across every WARMHAUS project: the full water system comes from one Italian manufacturer, ships against the program, clears the spec review on DVGW and SKZ credentials, and leaves one party — not three traders — accountable through handover.

i.

Delivered on program

Full system supplied against the project timeline. Result coming soon.

ii.

Spec approved

Submittal cleared on TDS + DVGW / SKZ compliance documentation. Result coming soon.

iii.

Single-source accountability

One Italian manufacturer behind spec, batch consistency and warranty. Result coming soon.

iv.

Testimonial, reorders, follow-on projects — published only with the client’s approval. Result coming soon.

A Note Una nota

This page will be filled by a real delivered project — and your project could be the first case we publish here.

Submit your specification and program, and if the delivery becomes a story worth telling, we tell it — with your approval, and only with real numbers.

Project Supply — Frequently Asked Questions

For the MEP / General Contractor
Because PPR water supply, PEX underfloor heating and brass valves and manifolds come from one WARMHAUS system, the whole package ships in one container against the project program. Before sign-off, the technical team supplies a TDS and compliance statement per line, backed by German DVGW, German SKZ, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, so the consultant verifies PN rating and standard against the drawings first. This project’s timeline and container figures: case details coming soon.
For the Project Procurement / Tender Buyer
